
With a new machine design, the EUBAMA S-8 shows innovations that offer a higher efficiency within the start-to-finish machining of workpieces up to 16 mm in diameter and 150 mm in length.
The new generation of this clamping ring machine is equipped with a well developed machine base that provides a higher precision. The EUBAMA engineers have created together with the machine users something new to be shown in the innovations in addition to the machine base.
The new EUBAMA S-8 with the vertical clamping ring offers a good accessibility to the machine units and the input of workpieces in the working area.
Besides, there is a new creation concerning the chip removal.
The camshaft has an electronic encoder with digital display and PLC-control.
EUBAMA presents the innovation: Tapping unit with NC-control. Position transducer is regulated with RpM via NC-control.
The electric cabinet is set-up laterally on the base machine. Cable and plug connection between the electric cabinet and the machine are invisible and safe.
The feed unit of the new EUBAMA S-8 is assembled to the enlarged machine base and connected directly with the machine.

The EUBAMA S-8 is amazingly fast when it comes to start-to-finish machining of workpieces in one clamping. With up to 96 cycles a minute, the EUBAMA S-8 is one of the fastest production machines in its class. The cycle time is infinitely variable from 0,6 to 15 seconds.
